Shuffle Master has been named in the Fortune Small Business 100, the list of America's fastest-growing small public companies, for the fifth consecutive year.
The company ranked 64th in the 2006 list. The list of all ranked companies will appear in the July/August 2006 edition and is available at www.fsb.com.
To compile the sixth annual list, Fortune Small Business asked financial research firm Zacks to rank public companies with revenues less than US$200m and a stock price of more than $1, based on their percentage growth in earnings, revenue and stock performance over the past three years. Banks and real estate firms were excluded.
"We’re very pleased to be included on the list again, and as the only company to have made the list for the last five consecutive years," said Mark Yoseloffm, Shuffle Master chairman and chief executive.
