Crown London, formerly Aspinalls, the exclusive members-only club in the Mayfair district of London, UK, is set to be acquired by Wynn Resorts, the developer and operator announced.
Subject to customary regulatory approvals, the acquisition is expected in the second half of the year.
“This acquisition of an iconic asset offers us a presence in a global gateway city and will create a conduit for Wynn guests to visit our resorts, particularly Wynn Al Marjan Island which is slated to open in the first quarter of 2027 in Ras Al Khaimah in the United Arab Emirates,” said Wynn Resorts CEO Craig Billings.
The venue, which spans two historic townhouses on Curzon Street, will operate under the Crown London name until the closure of the transaction.
