King Pins

Take a trip to your local city centre and you may notice that things seem to be changing. Where once pubs and clubs ruled the roost, at least in the Western world, a new generation of adults doesn’t find pounding music and expensive drinks quite as alluring as their predecessors did.

Nor do they like to do their purchasing in malls and shopping centres, with some of the world’s biggest retail brands now consigned to history. All of this means a glut of prime real estate has come to market, with premium locations and landlords that are keen to fill these premises once again.
