Igaming compliance firm BetComply is expanding its ComplyCheck tool to cover the UK market.

The tool launched in the Netherlands this year as a self-assessment and audit hybrid designed to help licensees navigate regulatory requirements.

BetComply said demand from partners has led it to branch ComplyCheck out into the UK market, with Ontario, Canada, and Estonia to follow “shortly.”

Mike de Graaff, chief compliance officer at BetComply, said: “When we launched ComplyCheck, it was a completely new approach designed to simplify licensing audits for operators. It’s been so popular in the Netherlands, we’ve prioritised bringing the service to new markers, starting with the UK.

“We’ve designed ComplyCheck to provide greater clarity to operators, making the audit process more efficient without compromising on the all-important details.

“We couldn't be more excited to see our partners using the tool in these new markets.”

BetComply said ComplyCheck will also be available on the Curaçao and Malta Gaming Authority licences in early 2025.

ComplyCheck presents operators with a list of questions to complete, allowing partners to build up an evidence base for meeting regulatory requirements
