E-Service showcased its extensive range of products and services at this year’s EAG trade show in London, UK, with sales director Paul Scott offering insights into the evolving landscape of the event.
Reflecting on the addition of the London Casino & Gaming Show, Scott acknowledged the potential benefits while noting some logistical challenges.
“We fully understand why the organisers launched a dedicated casino event, especially with ICE moving to Barcelona. It’s a great opportunity to cater to the UK-specific casino market and there is clear demand for it,” Scott said. However, he expressed a preference for closer integration between the two show areas, citing E-Service’s strong ties to both the FEC, AGC and casino sectors.
E-Service continues to serve a wide variety of operators with innovative and essential solutions.
Key products showcased at the event included the MyCheckr age verification system and the Thomas change machine range, which has been recently revamped with cutting-edge technology.
Additionally, the company supplies cash bags, tickets, consumables, and general spares that are vital to the smooth operation of its clients’ businesses.
While Scott noted that the first day of the show was slightly quieter than expected, he emphasised the high quality of visitors and the strong interest in E-Service’s offerings, particularly the Thomas 5000e change machine range.
Looking ahead, Scott suggested the possibility of repositioning E-Service’s booth for future shows. “Our goal is to serve all sectors as effectively as possible.
"A more central location closer to the casino show entrance would allow us to engage with a broader audience and ensure our products and services are accessible to all visitors,” he explained.
